Spendora Privacy Policy Effective date: October 5, 2026 OVERVIEW Spendora is a local-first personal finance app by Yodabi for iPhone and iPad. Your accounts, balances, transactions, budgets, goals, debts, and other financial records are stored on your device and are not uploaded to a Spendora server or cloud account. Spendora does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, cross-app tracking, social features, or cloud synchronization. Core budgeting and planning features work locally on your device. The limited network activity used for optional exchange-rate requests and Apple purchases is described below. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE Spendora stores the information you enter in a local database, including: • Account names, balances, transactions, categories, dates, notes, transfers, and transaction splits. • Budget limits, tracked subscriptions, bill reminders, and renewal dates. • Savings goals, debt plans, net-worth snapshots, and reports. • Currency, exchange rates, theme, reminder settings, and security preferences. Camera or photo-library images selected for receipt scanning are processed on device and are not uploaded by Spendora. Extracted merchant, date, and amount details are stored only if you save them as part of a transaction. PDF, CSV, and JSON exports are created only when you request them. You choose where those files are saved or shared through Apple’s system interfaces. Exported files, including JSON backups that contain all of your records, are not encrypted or password-protected by Spendora, so store them only in places you trust. Once you send a file to another app, storage provider, or person, that recipient’s privacy practices apply. NETWORK REQUESTS AND THIRD PARTIES Exchange-rate service: When you request an exchange rate, or when Spendora needs a missing conversion while you create a multi-currency account, the App sends only the selected source and target currency codes to Frankfurter at api.frankfurter.app over HTTPS. No account names, balances, transactions, budgets, receipt contents, or other financial records are included. As with any internet request, the service may receive standard network information such as your IP address and request metadata. You can enter exchange rates manually instead. Apple services: Spendora uses Apple’s StoreKit to display, purchase, and restore optional Spendora Pro access. Apple processes the purchase and may handle device, account, and transaction information under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Spendora receives product and entitlement status, not your payment-card details. Spendora does not sell personal information and does not use collected data for advertising or tracking. PERMISSIONS • Camera: Optional, for scanning a receipt on device. • Selected photos: Optional, through Apple’s system photo picker when you choose an existing receipt image. • Notifications: Optional, for reminders and budget alerts scheduled on your device. • Face ID or Touch ID: Optional, for local app unlocking through Apple’s LocalAuthentication framework. Spendora does not receive or store biometric data. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS or iPadOS Settings. YOUR CHOICES AND DELETION You can edit or delete individual records, or use Reset All Data in Settings to delete your accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, debts, subscriptions, reminders, and other financial records. Reset All Data restores the default categories and keeps your saved exchange rates and app preferences. Deleting Spendora removes its local database from your device. If iCloud Backup or computer backups are turned on, iOS or iPadOS may include Spendora’s local data in those device backups, which are managed under your Apple settings, not by us. Because Spendora has no account or cloud database, there is no separate server-side profile to delete. User-created exports and backups remain wherever you chose to save them until you delete them there. SECURITY Spendora relies on iOS and iPadOS device security for local storage. An optional PIN credential is stored in the iOS Keychain, and optional Face ID or Touch ID authentication is performed by Apple on the device. No method of storage is completely risk-free, so keep your device software and passcode up to date and protect any exports you create. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY Spendora is a general personal-finance utility and is not directed to children under 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Spendora server. If you have a concern, contact us. CHANGES We may update this policy when Spendora’s features or data practices change.
